Veho, founded in the year 2006 is a fresh and energetic global consumer electronics brand. It is relatively a new company and is fast becoming a worldwide household name for electronics and new technologies. Extremely pocket friendly but feels cheap:
The Veho VCC-002 Kuzo High Definition Camcorder is one of the most compact camcorders in the market. Though all the controls are quite easy to use, the zoom in and out control is very flimsy and so, it can get you really frustrated while shooting few precious moments. The lens shield is built-in.
Connectivity:
For connectivity, the Kuzo VCC-002 Compact Video Camcorder has the USB and HDMI port. Now featuring a HDMI output, the Camcorder is the perfect companion to a High Definition LCD TV. Resolution:

However, it also has a SD slot of up to 32GB maximum capacity, so you can cope up by using memory cards. It would have been nicer if Veho had included a memory card of at least 1GB capacity in the package. The video captured is saved in file format is AVI (H.264) and the still images are stored in the JPEG format.
Technologies Employed:
The other technologies employed in the VCC-002 Kuzo to get the best performance out of the camcorders are, motion detection, video stabilization and digital light or night model. The exposure modes include Program and Automatic. The video stabilisation feature stabilizes the recorded video by varying the optical path to the sensor. This technology is implemented in the lens itself, rather than in the camera itself.
Motion Detection:

Audio:
The built in microphone is average in capturing the voices; so if you are looking to get good audio input, you might as well opt for an external mike. The audio play back of the MP3s from the headphone is very good.
Compatible OS:
Since the Veho Kuzo camcorder is compatible with both Windows and Mac Operating Systems, you will have no issues while transferring images to any of these OSs.
Software Bundle:
The software bundle that comes with the camcorder has the YouTube Direct Software and the usual drivers. With the YouTube Direct software, you will be able to capture the video in YouTube mode and upload into YouTube directly with just a few button clicks. This feature will seem to be very attractive to the YouTube Freaks like us.

Verdict:
The Veho VCC-002 Kuzo HD is one of the very few HD camcorders in the market that are available for less than 100 pounds. With this device, you certainly get what you play for. But if you are not happy with the image quality, you can even opt for the Flip HD Mino, which is available for around 150 pounds. But, with the Flip model, you will not get a display that is as big as the one in this, you also do not get the headphone port, but you do get a slightly better image and picture quality. So, you can opt for the Flip HD Mino for a better picture, or if you are looking for something cheap, to just fit in your pocket and film quickly on, then the Veho VCC-002 Kuzo HD is probably the right choice.
